Guest will have exclusive access to the home. Parking is free in the back lot behind the house. Please walk around onto the main street instead of going through the backyard.
Owner lives next door. Please do not disturb & leave parking space open for them.
Other Things to Note:
This house is an authentic Victorian built in 1887 and is considered a historical landmark! Therefore there are things like scuffs on some of the floors that have been there for years. Please understand you are staying in a very old house but that’s part of the charm!
IMPORTANT:
Please be advised of the parking rules from the city
Tuesday NO parking from 8AM to 12PM. $62.50 fine from the city if parked
Parking is metered and guest will have to pay $2 per hour. There are some streets with free parking a fewblocksaway.
NOTE: We do NOT HAVE cable services. We offer streaming services such as Netflix, Roku, Prime, & Hulu. (Guest has to use their own Netflix account)
